I am trying unsuccessfully to get a name to post my documents (death certificate etc) to Account Closure team thru a courier, who will not deliver to P.O. boxes - all I want to do is post these documents. This service from your bank has been abysmal, absolutely no help whatsoever, one says send to Orlando another to Nashville !!!!! Please help
