On Jan. 18, 2023 I almost had a fire start on the stove. I put it out when the pot burst into flames. I called it in several times and they finally come to check the stove Jan 25, 2023, which is NEGLECT. Customer requests are not answered timely. When it was checked, guys only turned one burner on and off. Since burner set my pot on fire, they should have examined the stove. My worst problem is the fact that the heating system does not work. There is not enough heat coming out of only 4 vents working in a 2bdrm 2ba apt. IT IS ALWAYS COLD. Heat is not working properly. They checked how much air is flowing out of vents. There is NO HEAT in either of 2 baths. I have asthma, HBP, constant headaches, diagnosed with Vertigo and it is acting up, always full of cold, runny nose. I have arthritis over my body. I have nerve damage in my arm and neck; when it\'s cold I\'m in PAIN. I sleep at night in layers of clothing, jacket, and cap. One more thing, why do I have to pay $25 per mo. for a covered parking space and I rather park close to my door for safety at night. The electric bill is high due to poor insulation in the apt and poor heating system. This is keeping me sick. They are not showing me NO CUSTOMER FRIENDLINESS. I needed an apt at the time I moved in but, my health is suffering. I believe that they thought I was senile since I\'m a senior citizen. Another thing! Why does these apartments not have a doorbell? I have never lived in a house or apartment without a doorbell. Management was proud to tell me there aren\'t any doorbells in none of the apartments. The peephole at that apartment had a cracked peephole. What was I supposed to do to answer the door when someone knocked?? I\'d rather stay with relatives until I can find another place. For resolution, I am tried to get a reasonable alternative with management but, did not receive any empathy. I wanted to negotiate an Early Termination of my lease, but they were not having it. I cannot afford to be sicker or pay so much for heating that is not working properly. By the brochure I thought I was getting a luxury apt especially for the price. It is too detrimental to my health to stay here any longer. So, I have moved. I love myself and will not be bullied by these people.
